As a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization, LCAP receives federal and state dollars through the Older Americans Act to help fund services. These monies are matched and supplemented by local tax dollars and grants, contracts, and contributions from clients to help continue serving every Licking County resident, regardless of their ability to pay. State Plan on Aging

Ohio’s 2023-2026 State Plan on Aging is guided by information gathered through a multi-phased needs assessment process and the local priorities established by Ohio’s 12 Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs). This plan is influenced by the five federal priorities established by the Administration on Community Living (ACL). Each priority area includes vital guiding principles of elder justice and equity.
