The Digital Skills Hub is a free, hands-on technology training program designed to help build confidence using digital devices and online tools. This in-person program supports independence, connection, and access to essential services in today’s digital world.

Eligible participants who complete the program will receive a free digital device, ensuring cost is not a barrier and learning can continue beyond the classroom.

    • Individuals who would benefit from beginner-friendly digital skills training

    • 12 hours of in-person instruction

    • Small, supportive learning environment

    • Patient, beginner-focused instruction

  • Participants may qualify to receive a free digital device upon successful completion of the program if they meet the following criteria:

    • Income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level:

      •  1 Person: Up to $30,120

        2 People: Up to $40,880

        3 People: Up to $51,640

        4 People: Up to $62,400

        5 People: Up to $73,160

    • Age 60 or older

    • Licking County resident

    • Provide proof of income and residency

    • One participant per household

    • The device program is limited to one-time participation

    • Completion of all required course hours and device paperwork is required
