Digital skills courses for older adults in Licking County
The Digital Skills Hub is a free, hands-on technology training program designed to help build confidence using digital devices and online tools. This in-person program supports independence, connection, and access to essential services in today’s digital world.
Eligible participants who complete the program will receive a free digital device, ensuring cost is not a barrier and learning can continue beyond the classroom.

Participants may qualify to receive a free digital device upon successful completion of the program if they meet the following criteria:
Income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level
Age 60 or older
Licking County resident
Provide proof of income and residency
One participant per household
The device program is limited to one-time participation
Completion of all required course hours and device paperwork is required
